Fee Policy Overview

 

The fee structure of ML Convent is designed to support quality education, infrastructure maintenance, academic resources, and co-curricular development. Parents and guardians are requested to carefully read and strictly follow the fee rules to ensure smooth academic functioning and administrative efficiency.

General Fee Rules

 
  1. School fees must be paid on or before the due dates prescribed by the school.
  2. Fees are payable for all twelve months of the academic year.
  3. Once paid, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  4. Late payment may attract a fine as decided by school management.
  5. Students with outstanding dues may not be permitted to attend classes or appear in examinations.
  6. Fee receipts must be preserved carefully for future reference.
  7. No adjustment of fees will be allowed against absences or holidays.

Fee Payment Schedule & Mode

 
  • Fees may be collected monthly, quarterly, or annually as notified by the school.
  • Payment must be made only through authorized school collection counters.
  • Parents are advised to verify payment details before submission.
  • The school is not responsible for payments made through unauthorized sources.

Transport & Other Charges

 
  • Transport fees are charged separately and are payable in advance.
  • Transport fees are applicable for full months and are non-refundable.
  • Examination, activity, and special event charges may be levied as applicable.
  • Any revision in fees will be communicated in advance.

Discipline & Compliance

 

The school reserves the right to take appropriate action in case of persistent non-payment or violation of fee rules. These rules are framed to ensure fairness, transparency, and uninterrupted academic services for all students.
